Sahu Jain Trust, a charitable organization which is related to the The Times Of India Group has announced need-cum-merit based educational scholarships for Jain Minority.
The Jain Minority scholarship is given for the following categories:
Inland Scholarship: for pursuing technical trade courses which include computers and infotech
For engineering and medical professional courses
Students pursing graduation, post graduation and other courses
The amount of Jain Minority Scholarship ranges from Rs. 150/- to Rs 1,000/- per month and existing candidate can also apply for continuation.
This Jain Minority Scholarship gives financial help to world wide graduate students for education and plan to pursue service-oriented career and demonstrate financial need. The candidate should have the proof for serving rural communities humanitarian causes or educational organizations for supporting and improving their lives. The first choice is given to those graduate students who belong to India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Sikkim.
