EBC scholarship was started by the government for the year 2009-2010 but students are facing problems at the colleges because the government gives only half of the total amount they had promised to release. For the year 2010-2011 students have doubt that EBC scholarship will be given by the government within the specific time. The college institutes need money for running the institutes and they are keeping students in trouble as they are not able to ask government and handle the situation effectively. EBC scholarship are becoming a big problem for students because they are not getting boarding and lodging expenses that government promised to give them. Institutes are also facing trouble due to the inefficiency of the government. |
